I created my listing on Jet.com and it is under review, now what?

So you have taken the leap and signed up for the free trial. You followed the step by step guide we call the Jet.com Runway integration and have moved your Jet.com seller account from test mode to live mode. You filled in all of the required fields and submitted your listing to Jet.com and when you run the sync you see that the listing is now under review status.

Congrats! When you have reached this point this means you are good to go with both your seller account on Jet.com and have filled in all of the required fields to create your first Jet.com listing. You may check back the next day or depending on your anxiety level, throughout the same day and notice that the same listing each time you run the sync is still in the Under Review status and start to think something might be wrong. Don’t worry! You have done it all right!

Jet.com does not have an automatic process to approve listings and it does not happen quickly. When the listing is submitted, the Jet.com team reviews the listing to ensure it has the proper images, descriptions and product catalogue data for the category before moving it to a live listing. This process can take a few weeks to complete especially for your first few listings.

We are excited you are taking the leap and starting to sell on Jet.com – it is a great marketplace with a lot of opportunities for sellers however we do recommend patience once you have submitted your listings as they do not go live immediately and can take a few weeks before the Jet team approves them.
