How to Process Orders on ListOnJet!Hayley Smith
Good day everyone!
Today’s blog will be about how to access the ‘Orders’ piece of the application. If you begin by logging in and clicking ‘Orders’ on the side dashboard.
Once you have arrived then click ‘Refresh’ to see what orders you have from Jet.com at this time. If you select ‘Ready’ means you have orders that have been placed but then need to be acknowledged. If you select ‘Acknowledged’ you can click on the binoculars to see who purchased the product and what items need to be shipped.
Once you have shipped the order you can enter order details that include the carrier, the tracking number, shipping method and shipping information used. You will also be able to enter the quantity, the expected delivery and if needed a return address.
Once done putting in the necessary information, you can click ‘Update Jet.com Order’ and that order within Jet.com will be completed. If you select ‘Complete’ then you can see any order you have fulfilled in the past.
